    Product Description

     Compact short antenna for the F3T and F3 LTD Spyders. Our non- 

    scientific test of this antenna showed us that it worked as well as the stock

    long antenna and other short spiral antennas. Your mileage may vary. 

    Easy to install 

    1. Unscrew the stock antenna. It has thread lock and might seem very 

    tight. 

    2. Using the black M6 threaded stud supplied with the antenna screw it 

    into the bike making sure the ring for the antenna lead is under the 

    new antenna. Tighten antenna by hand.

      This was a bull to remove, once I successfully got it removed and looked at it no wonder the factory must have dipped the threads into locktite. Installing the new stubby antenna was the easy part. See no loss of signal with the radio.

      This went on fine and works great. I wish someone had told me how difficult it would be to get the stock antenna off though. haha It was a booger to get off.

      Perfect fit, I get more FM stations then I did with the stock antenna. Now I"m able to put the cover on my bike without worring about the long antenna getting in the way.

      This antenna is very easy to install an works just like the factory model, and is hardly noticeable..

      Fits nice looks nice good price But sure don’t help the reception on the spyder at all. Might have lost a bit. But i Bluetooth most all of my music. So don’t matter much to me. I would buy it again.

      Install was easy. I found that the reception of this antenna is not a very good quality though. The one I installed on my wife's 2018 f3 last year. Her quality is much better.
