Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and credit card fees. (There will be a 20% restocking fee on open or installed items) (NOTE: There is NO return on exhaust systems that have been installed or windshields with the protective film removed) We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you ordered the wrong part or you just don't want the part for whatever reason we will refund your money in full minus shipping if the part is as new when we receive it. Make sure you pack the returned part so it will not be damage. Parts that are not packed correctly will be damaged when we receive them and are not eligible for full refund. Take your time and pack it right. We've spent a lot of time making sure every part is in the right category, IE RT parts are listed as RT and F3 parts are listed under F3.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping
Free Shipping on most U.S. Orders over $75 (Lower 48 States)
NOTE: All orders over $500 will require signature upon delivery. You can request no signature, However the responsibility would then be yours if the package is stolen.
We will NOT send orders to third party shipping companies. (International Orders) If an order comes in with a third party address we will refund the order and it will not be shipped. Contact us for possible exceptions.
All International orders must have physical address NO P.O. Boxes. (WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We ship all orders same day if received before 12 noon. Sometimes we can get them out later depending on postal pick up. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We have fixed rate shipping charges for out of country orders.
