- The PedalBox is weather and water resistant. All of our boards are sealed with an epoxy solution, along with weather proof seals when snapped closed.
These days, most vehicles are "Drive-by-Wire" (called ECT or ECM), and not cable driven like the old days (called the Bowden cable). The modern systems typically suffer from excessive signal delay, which is where the PedalBox steps in and is able to unlock the vehicle's full potential. What exactly does the PedalBox offer? The "Throttle Response" curve shows the speed at which an engine responds to the driver's pressing of the accelerator. Poor response is clearly evident, especially under hard acceleration.

Holy Sugar! Thought it would improve slow throttle response but I didn't know I was installing a turbo-boost. I only have it on SPORT mode and the difference is amazing. This is a must have item

Order was received rather quickly which is always a winner. Installation was easy with Lamonster how to video. I have it set at its highest setting and the bike is now a jet plane! I will be adjusting it down because it's too much on take off. I would highly recommend this product!!!!

In October 2022 I purchased a used 2018 Spyder F3 Limited. We had been driving a 2012 RT Limited for about 5 years and were very happy with it. When I started driving the F3 I was impressed with the bigger engine and the sixth gear. The performance at a stoplight was better than the 2012, but still NOT what I'd hoped for. I recently purchased the PedalBox from Lamonster and had it installed by a local dealer when they were doing some other work. When I picked my bike up they teased me about doing a burnout during their test ride. I immediately felt the improved responsiveness but due to the traffic conditions, I was not able to really "test" it. Several miles down the road I was the first vehicle in my lane at a stoplight. When it turned green I thought I was going to give it full throttle to see what it was like. About half throttle I felt like I wasn't holding on good enough for how fast I was accelerating. So I let up. In the lane to the right of me there was an accessorized truck with big wheels that stuck out beyond the body of the truck. At the next intersection the truck caught up with me and gave me a thumbs up and a little honk. I am very, very pleased with the PedalBox and the improved performance at any RPM and in any gear. I did a lot of research and every source indicated that the PedalBox will not produce the Error Codes that is often produced by other products. So far I've not had any issues. Correction: After having the PedalBox installed, I've ridden about 4-500 miles and probably more aggressively. After my last ride I did have to have a fuel line replaced because it was spitting out gas. The PedalBox I'm sure did not cause it. But I'm wondering if when installing the PedalBox, new fuel lines should be considered. Thank you Lamonster for your online information, especially for the PedalBox.
