MAGNETS ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE DURING THE INSTALL PROCESS! WHEN
INSTALLING THEM DO ONE AT A TIME AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT PUT
THEM ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER ONCE SEPARATED FROM PACKAGING AS THEY WILL
BREAK IF THEY SNAP BACK TOGETHER. THIS WOULD NOT BE A DEFECT THAT
COULD BE WARRANTIED.
This is one of the slickest products for the RT for those of us that work on our own
bikes. If you do pretty much anything on the RT the mirrors have to come off. I've been
taking mirrors off the RT since 2009 and I hate it every time I do it. You have to beat
them off and then beat them back on again. I can't tell you how many clips I've had to
straighten out or replace. Chances are you will need them sooner or later.
NOTE: Washer color may vary.

Works great
Added the Magic Mirror Magnets to my Spyder RT. It was a really simple and time efficient process. The only thing was trying to get the magnets separated. While trying to separate the magnets the plastic washer slipped out. After that it was difficult to separate and then I got it almost separated it slammed and the next one and broke. More that half of the magnets was intact so I installed that way as I am not certain if you can buy the magnets individually or not. Deliberately hit a couple bumps, still getting a strong hold and worth the work.

These magnets works beyond expectations. One suggestion: when disconnecting the wire harness from the mirror, be sure to somehow ensure the wire - after disconnecting - does not drop back into the slot. If it does, you'll have to fish through the small hole for it with some sort of hook- this can take time. Highly recommended purchase since the original clips can become loose with repeated removal.

Nice upgrade
Installation was a breeze and these will tighten the mirrors and be much easier for removal during maintenance. Fit was perfect. Like them a lot.

Magic Mirrors
We all know the mirrors are a PIA to remove and after doing it a few times they shake when put back on. Well add hitting a 4ft tall Sand Crane @70mph didn't help. The right came off partially and shook even worse after popping it back on. FL has the stupidest birds, you have wings so why run across a highway? Anyway, the install was easy, the mirrors are steady and when needed just a good pull gets them off.
