This replacement pipe is for performance testing & tuning on the Rotax 1330
Add performance and sound to your RT and F3 and drop a few pounds in the process. Sounds good on the RT but sounds fantastic on the F3! You can use the optional baffle with the pipe to quiet it down a bit and add back pressure and torque. We recommend you try it without the baffle if louder is what you're looking for. The baffle provided will tame the sound down a bit but will still have a great exhaust note. You have options and that's a good thing. To install the baffle simply insert the baffle in the spring end of the pipe and mark it for the 1/4" hole you will drill to install the baffle.
There are no instructions with the pipe, simply remove the old pipe and replace with the new performance pipe. We recommend that you let the bike idle for 10 min. or so to let the computer learn the new flow. If you plan to use it on road check with your local and state agencies.

Cat Delete Pipe
It eliminated about 20 or so pounds.

The pipe is outstanding and gets 5 stars... the tool, not so much
The included tool is shorter than those I've seen in videos. On the F3T, there is no alignment in which the tool can be used on the top spring where an adult can grasp the tool with both hands - necessary to stretch the top spring and attach it. FYI, I used a cord with a loop on the end that I slipped over the spring hook. That enabled me to use a pry tool against a frame member to stretch the spring and attach it. The tool works fine for the other two springs. The 5-star rating is for the pipe itself - I'd rate the tool separately at a 3 per the above. I still recommend this replacement exhaust.

Just as advertised , good Qualty
Very pleased , reduced the heat on right leg a lot , used with baffle with plug in place, no more noise , does have a pleasant purr at steady speed .

Performance replacement pipe
Good quality pipe at a fair price. Install is pretty easy. One spring is a little hard to get on and off. Tried it with the baffle. Got a little vibration noise from the baffle. Sounds better without the baffle. Running it with stock exhaust. Shipped quickly.

Performance Pipe
I recently replaced my primary exhaust with your replacement pipe on my F3L. I did not like the sound with the stock pipe, so I thought I would try yours. Glad I did! Now the bike sounds like a motorcycle! Has a nice throaty growl, but not too loud to be annoying to people around. Bike sounds great when going up through the gears when accelerating. Highly recommended!!

Performance Primary Muffler Replacement
This product is high quality. The top spring on mt 22 RTL was difficult to re-hook, the spring hook tool that comes with the pipe is not made out of heavy enough material and bends to easily, I would up tossing the tool in the trash and used needle nose pliers and a pry bar to re-hook the springs. The pipe has a nice sound without the baffle, not to loud.

Perf Muffler Replacement Pipe
Used the baffle that came with it with the end cap popped off. Exhaust sound has a nice burble note, never too loud or annoying at idle or hard acceleration. Huge plus is the removal of all that heat rising from under the seat.
