This is a totally complete kit with top shelf components and oil. With the K&N filter upgrade my 2018 F3 showed me a noticeable power increase! Recommended!!

Lamonster 1330 oil change kit w/K and N air filter

I have used the Lamonster oil several times now and am totally satisfied, smooth shifts and little to no fillings on magnetic drain plugs. The K and N air filter lets the engine breath more freely giving you increased acceleration. Everything you need is in the kit for a a superior oil change. If in doubt about the procedure watch the oil change video.
