INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR LG-3091/3092 ON RT

REMOVE LEFT MIRROR
pull up sharply, unplug turn signal, set aside.

OPEN FRONT TRUNK AND REMOVE LEFT SERVICE PANEL
one push pin holds the service panel, set aside.

REMOVE BATTERY COVER
unzip trunk liner to expose battery cover , remove 2 t-30 screws, set cover aside.

REMOVE LEFT BODY PANEL
open seat, remove lower panel near left foot rest by pulling out, panel is held by grommets.
Remove 4 t-30 screws, 2 near mirror, 1 under service panel, 1 under seat, pull out on panel to remove from grommets. set panel aside.

ROUTE USB CABLE
goes through gap at the handlebar base, pull cable end to the left side of the bike and continue routing down to the service panel area following the other wires that are there. Mount the USB cable holder in your desired location.

HOOKUP THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE BATTERY

Route the red/black wire down from the service panel area to the battery,” it is sometimes helpful to remove the fuse box cover to aid in fishing the wire down to the battery.” connect to battery red to +, black to -
Connect the bare end of the red/black wire to the power supply using the posi lock connector and posi lock fuse holder supplied.
Plug previously routed USB cable into the power supply and secure any excess cable. The power supply is now under the left service panel for future access. Hooked up in this manner the USB connector is live all the time.

REPLACE THE BATTERY COVER, REPLACE THE UPPER BODY PANEL, REPLACE THE SERVICE PANEL , REPLACE THE MIRROR, ZIP TRUNK AND CLOSE, CLOSE SEAT.
