Elevate your Slingshot experience with our patented Flare™ Windshield. Born in Bonneville then brought to the streets, the innovative Flare™ Windshield doesn’t just block or push the air, it redirects the wind for a more comfortable on-road experience!
The Flare™ features “hips” at the sides that re-route the wind away while adding down-force to the front-end of the Slingshot to improve handling and stability. The “flip” at the top of the Flare™ is designed to kick air up and back as “clean”, less turbulent air to lessen buffeting and reduce wind noise. The reduced wind noise makes conversation possible between the rider and passenger, even at highway speeds.
Unlike flat shields that don’t work if they are too low, or visibility that is lost if it’s too high, you’ll still be able to look over the Flare™.
NOTE:
- The Flare™ Windshield for Slingshot measures approximately 6.375” vertically from the dash to the top of the windshield, while the stock windshield measures approximately 7”.
- The Flare™ easily installs using stock mounting locations and hardware.
- Due to the nature of the material and shape of the windshield there is some distortion on the curvature of the windshield. In most cases, Klock Werks recommends you choose a Flare™ size that you can look over comfortably.
