Our brake rods lower your brake pedal 1 1/2" from the stock potion. So that you can pivot your foot to the pedal without lifting your foot. Which means you will have better control over your bike even in a panic situation.
Order according to your existing foot potion you use on your bike.
We've been modifying brake linkage since 2015 and have many 1000's of miles of testing this mod. We've debated making the brake rod fully adjustable but in the end we decided that was a bad idea when the possibility to install it wrong was a very real issue. We went with a fixed location for this reason. It's as simple as removing your brake linkage and installing ours. These have been tested in the #2, #3, #4 and #5 position. These are the most popular link location. The stock F3 comes in the #3 position.

The end of the video says they will work with stock pegs (our mistake). They don't work well with stock pegs because you can drop the back of your foot lower than you can on a floorboard so the angle is not the same as it would be for the boards.

Brake rod
I have limited mobility with my right foot. This makes getting on the brake much easier.

Lamonster F3 Brake Rod
Solid part, easy to install (although the back bolt isn't quite as easy if you don't have a floor lift. Be sure to have the correct size wrench, not a socket) ((and a double bonus were the zots!))

Brake rod
My F3 came with the brake rod in position 3. I had to bring my leg back and up to use the brake. Often my hip would cramp. I replaced it with the rod in the 5 position. So much easier on my hip.

F3 Brake Rod #4
Had my F3 setup with position 5, and it felt a little far. Installed Lamonster position 4, great install video, no trouble. Have only ridden a little so far but it feels great and changing the angle of brake pedal is nice. 5 stars. Thanks to Lamonster and crew.

What a difference
This brake rod made an incredible difference, correcting the angle of the brake pedal, reliving the strain placed on your foot when applying the brake.
