Stage 2 / Adjustment Features
Rebound
Controls the speed at which the shock absorber returns to its fully extended position after being compressed, keeping the wheels on the ground for maximum traction and reducing the recoil effect caused by the spring pressure pushing back after being compressed.
To use, turn the adjuster clockwise to slow down the rebound or turn counter-clockwise to speed up the rebound.
Preload
Available as a manual threaded adjuster or convenient remote hydraulic preload adjuster. Lets the rider fine-tune the initial force applied on the springs and precisely balance the weight distribution across the front and rear of the vehicle while setting up the ride height (sag) and to lower or raise the vehicle to adapt to various situations or to suit your personal preference.
To use, turn the preload adjustment ring clockwise (from top of the shock) to increase preload and raise the vehicle or turn counter-clockwise to reduce preload and lower the vehicle.

Stage 2 Elka Shocks
I have a 2022 spyder RT which kept bottoming out on these Okla. roads, after installing Elka shocks I haven't had any problems, just a smooth ride.

Elka shocks
Fairly easy to install. Top bolt was a little difficult but with a little patience it was not too difficult. RTL rides and handles better than stock shocks.

These shocks are as advertised! Absolutely awesome. The 2 top bolts are not that easy to get at - takes some time and patience.

Installed on my 22 RT Limited as first part of suspension upgrade. I ride 2 up more than half the time and stock suspension had too much off camber roll on winding back roads. With just the Elkas on today for a 250 mile ride there was a noticeable improvement in body roll reduction.

I’m an old seasoned rider and took a 300 mile ride on my 2021 Canam Spyder RTL after installing the Elka Shocks and can honestly say BEST IMPROVEMENT I could have put on my Spyder .Smoother ride way less dip on edges of the rode. Way less fatigue after the ride

Best change I've made to the Spyder. So much smoother in curves, lane changes, wind, etc. Love it.
